What you will do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary manufacturing organization of managers, specialists, and bioprocess engineers.
• Deliver production campaigns in compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and GMP requirements.
• Manage personnel matters including qualification, development, coaching, recruitment, compensation, and disciplinary processes.
• Represent manufacturing on the Bioconjugate Manufacturing Leadership Team IBEX.
• Provide expertise on production planning, S&OP, technical evaluations, and feasibility studies.
• Improve performance monitoring through reports, dashboards, Hoshin boards, and CAPEX projects.

Requirements

• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in chemical or biotechnology manufacturing, preferably in leadership, MSAT, engineering, or similar roles.
• Comprehensive GMP knowledge.
• Clear and persuasive English communication skills are required.
• Good understanding of finance and HR processes.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Visp, Switzerland.
