What you will do

• Lead daily spray drying operations to ensure product quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Monitor key process parameters and coordinate with QA/QC teams for sampling, testing, and adjustments.
• Manage and train a team of operators and technicians, including shift scheduling and workforce allocation.
• Oversee first-level preventive maintenance and cleaning of spray dryers and auxiliary equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols, hygiene standards, and environmental regulatory requirements in the drying area.
• Analyze data to improve process performance, energy efficiency, and product consistency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Spray Dried Dispersion (PSD).
• 4+ years of proven hands-on team management experience.
• Technical training in industrial production, chemical processes, industrial pharmacy, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GMP rules and familiarity with process control systems (PLC/SCADA).
• Fluency in both French and English is a must.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Couvet, Switzerland.
