What you will do

• Develop containerized microservices for a distributed multi-tenant system processing real-time telemetry from multiple public clouds.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and SQL.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements clarification to deployment and customer usage.
• Mentor junior engineers, new graduates, and interns to foster professional growth.
• Partner with Product Management to refine requirements and exceed customer expectations.
• Manage operational aspects of the system to improve software usability and supportability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience building distributed and scalable software systems.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP at the API/programming level.
• Experience delivering containerized services via Kubernetes.
• Must be able to comply with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with networking and security controls.
• Proficiency with CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
• General TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Experience in Unix/Linux programming environments.
