What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Scala and Java.
• Build and enhance distributed systems leveraging the Akka ecosystem.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Design and optimize data access layers using Slick and SQL.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams on system design.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of commercial experience with Scala development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 17 and backend development principles.
• Hands-on experience with Akka Streams, Typed Actors, and Persistence.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including Kinesis, DynamoDB, and SQS.
• Experience delivering highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher required.
