Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York (On-site)

Compensation: $100,000 – $145,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Configure customer workspaces, including close checklists, reconciliation setups, and reporting using AI-assisted tools.
• Connect and validate ERP integrations like NetSuite, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and live training to help accounting teams master the platform and its AI features.
• Manage implementation projects, keeping dashboards updated and escalating product blockers to Engineering.
• Automate implementation workflows by building templates, knowledge base articles, and training AI agents.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of accounting experience with deep fluency in monthly close and reconciliations.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York for in-office work.
• Technical proficiency with software and precision in data handling.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex configurations to customers.
• Bias for action and ability to own workstreams end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• Prior experience in implementation, onboarding, or accounting systems.
• CPA certification or active pursuit of one.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency accounting.
• Ability to write and run basic SQL queries.
