What you will do

• Engage with bankers and investors to identify workflow challenges and demonstrate hirify.global's AI solutions.
• Establish expertise in solving specific financial problems such as M&A advisory and company diligence.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits for prospective clients.
• Partner with marketing to create content tailored to the needs of various financial practice areas.
• Act as the "Voice of the Customer," synthesizing feedback to guide the product team.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors to refine market strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of front-office experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, consulting firm, or hedge fund.
• Strong executive engagement skills and the ability to build credibility with key decision-makers.
• Outstanding presentation and demo skills.
• Experience in sales or LP-facing roles, including business development and client relationship management.
• Genuine curiosity and passion for AI's potential to transform financial services.
