TL;DR
Client Consulting Manager (Core Consulting), Visa Consulting & Analytics, Korea (Payments and Strategy Consulting): Delivering 1–3-month consulting projects for payments clients, with an accent on growth strategy, profitability, risk management, digital innovation, and data-driven recommendations. Focus on building fact bases, analyzing Visa and client data, partnering with data science teams, and leading client presentations and project delivery.
Location: Seoul, South Korea; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do
- Develop project proposals and define objectives, scope, deliverables, and delivery approaches with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead or support project setup, including contracts, stakeholder engagement, interviews, and data requirements.
- Build fact bases through client interviews, data analysis, benchmarking, and payments industry research.
- Develop insight-driven recommendations for strategy, digital transformation, marketing, product strategy, and customer experience.
- Act as a Project Manager or Module Lead, coordinating content development, problem-solving, and team members as needed.
- Identify client opportunities, support account planning, and contribute to models, intellectual property, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution and 4+ years of post-degree work experience, including at least 2 years in consulting.
- Experience in payments, digital innovation, corporate strategy, or business management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and quality-assurance skills.
- Ability to use analytics to inform strategy and develop actionable insights.
- Business-level English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, particularly AI, and experience applying them professionally.
- Deep knowledge of the payments industry or financial services sector.
