Senior Fullstack Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Go/React): Developing a proprietary Open XDR system to automate cyber security for SMBs with an accent on end-to-end feature ownership and scalable security data processing. Focus on building secure, high-performance systems and integrating AI-augmented engineering workflows.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Berlin or the Netherlands and travel to the office (Berlin or The Hague) twice per week.

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end as Feature Lead, from scoping and coordination to production shipping.
• Deliver high-quality full-stack features working across all necessary layers of the stream.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design features that deliver real-world value.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, identifying tradeoffs and risks early.
• Foster a psychologically safe and collaborative environment within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience with meaningful full-stack exposure.
• Proficiency in strongly typed languages (e.g., Typescript, Java, .NET, PHP); experience with Go and React is highly valued.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and secure development principles.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of the daily development workflow.
