What you will do

• Perform extensive intercompany analysis and propose actions to ensure transaction consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare and review intercompany journal entries.
• Maintain reporting check files and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Collaborate with Controlling and other finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Manage the preparation, reporting, and final consolidation of intercompany transactions.

Requirements

• Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Finance (Intercompany and Consolidation).
• Strong knowledge of the Record to Report (R2R) process.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Very good English and good French language skills.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania to comply with the hybrid work policy.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a shared service center (SSC) environment.
• Background in Accounts Payable.
