TL;DR

HR Intern (HR/Recruitment): Supporting HR operations and recruitment processes with an accent on sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination. Focus on assisting with the end-to-end hiring cycle, onboarding new employees, and managing daily HR administrative tasks.

Location: Hybrid in Hoofddorp, Netherlands (3 days office, 2 days home)

Salary: 500 EUR monthly allowance

• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.

• Manage daily HR administrative tasks and employee records.
• Participate in the organization of company events.

Requirements

• HR studies background or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
