What you will do

• Identify and engage exceptional talent through proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, and market research.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with consulting hiring priorities across EMESA, particularly Central Europe.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to uncover new talent pools and inform recruitment strategies.
• Screen candidates to assess their backgrounds, motivations, capabilities, and potential fit.
• Collaborate with local recruiters, practice-area recruiters, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Use sourcing technologies and data-driven insights to improve recruitment outcomes while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in talent sourcing, talent acquisition, executive search, recruitment research, or a related function.
• Experience sourcing talent across multiple functions, geographies, and seniority levels.
• Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, market research, and candidate engagement.
• Strong candidate assessment skills and experience evaluating fit against hiring requirements.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, research, and talent intelligence platforms.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
