What you will do
- Identify and engage exceptional talent for consulting teams across the EMESA region, mainly in Central Europe.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with strategic hiring priorities.
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and market intelligence activities to uncover new talent pools.
- Assess candidate backgrounds, motivations, capabilities, and potential fit through initial screening conversations.
- Collaborate with local recruitment teams, regional practice recruiters, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Use data, sourcing technologies, and talent intelligence platforms to improve recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruitment Research, or a related function.
- Experience sourcing talent across multiple functions, geographies, and seniority levels.
- Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, market research, and candidate engagement.
- Strong candidate assessment skills and the ability to evaluate experience, capabilities, and potential fit.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, research, and talent intelligence platforms.
- Fluency in English and German is required. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
