Salary: €70–€100 per hour.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a focused portfolio of 5–10 GTM and R&D positions.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Source and engage passive tech and commercial candidates through direct outreach and professional networks.
• Maintain a high-touch, candidate-centric, and inclusive hiring experience.
• Keep recruitment workflows structured and up to date in hirify.global Recruitee.

Requirements

• Location: Based in the Netherlands with availability to work from the Amsterdam office 1–2 days per week.
• Proven recruitment experience across both GTM and R&D functions.
• Strong network within the European and Dutch technology and SaaS ecosystem.
• Ability to independently source passive candidates.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Availability for 24–32 hours per week over a 3–5-month assignment, starting immediately or on short notice.
