People Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands; Hybrid role requiring presence in The Hague (minimum 1 day per week, ideally 3).

What you will do

• Partner with leaders in security operations and customer support, providing coaching and advice up to the executive team.
• Maintain a strong physical presence in the The Hague office to stay connected with the business and its employees.
• Design and execute end-to-end People projects, including redesigning performance cycles, refreshing benefits, and building development frameworks.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and conduct issues, collaborating with external counsel when necessary.
• Apply Dutch labor law to daily decision-making and organizational processes.
• Collaborate within a tight-knit People team to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• HRBP experience within a scaling tech environment (growth from 50 to several hundred employees).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge senior leadership.
• Proven track record of owning People initiatives from design to full rollout.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of Dutch labor law.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.
