What you will do

• Provide technical and application support for investment banking and financial services solutions.
• Investigate incidents and customer support requests using data-oriented analysis.
• Write and execute SQL queries using filters, SELECT statements, and JOIN operations.
• Work with databases and support database administration activities.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain reliable business operations.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in IT technical support, application support, or data-oriented customer support.
• Solid SQL experience, including SELECT queries, filters, and JOIN statements.
• Knowledge of database administration.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Porto or Lisbon.
