Global SAP CATS Support (SAP)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Support the international user community with SAP CATS processes and tools for recording working times and tasks.
• Resolve user requests in a solution-oriented and customer-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate master data in CATS and related Finance applications.
• Provide support on additional Finance-related topics when required.
• Collaborate with users from different cultural backgrounds in an international environment.

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of an application for shopfloor hours control and willingness to develop further in this area.
• Knowledge of Finance and/or SAP FI/CO, with willingness to grow into technical aspects.
• Responsive, accountable, respectful, and team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• French, German, or Spanish language skills.
