CAD/PLM Support Specialist Mid (m/f/d)

Location: Porto, Portugal or Pécs, Hungary; possibility of working from home. Occasional national and international travel is required.

What you will do

• Provide second- and third-level support for CAD and PLM applications.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support CAD/PLM implementation, enhancement, migration, testing, validation, and release deployment projects.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement for engineering applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, IT, and external partners while maintaining technical documentation and user guides.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with CAD and PLM/PDM solutions in a key-user, administrator, application specialist, or support role.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault, with an understanding of PLM/PDM processes in engineering and R&D environments.
• Experience supporting, configuring, or maintaining engineering applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, information technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience is also considered.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with other CAD solutions such as SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations, CAD/ERP integrations, engineering change management, and BOM processes.
• Exposure to software testing, validation, release management, scripting, automation, APIs, or system integrations.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
