What you will do

• Own the end-to-end GTM launch calendar, coordinating between Product, Marketing, and Comms teams.
• Develop positioning and messaging hierarchies for new features and market verticals.
• Execute channel plans across growth, design, and communications to ensure optimal audience reach.
• Analyze launch performance and translate findings into actionable process improvements.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate competitive intelligence and user insights into decision-making.
• Manage rapid-response launch plans during breaking news and live events.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning at least one B2C go-to-market launch from positioning to post-launch analysis.
• Ability to write sharp, specific product messaging that simplifies complex mechanics for new users.
• Strong cross-functional operational skills to align Product, Design, Growth, and Comms.
• Experience in competitive positioning based on market and user research.
• Excellent written communication skills for briefs, messaging docs, and performance reports.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
