Salary: $140,000–$190,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and improve personalized, scalable onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Plan and execute performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and related communications.
• Manage the HR technology stack, including Rippling PEO, workflows, automations, integrations, and people data.
• Administer benefits programs and maintain employment compliance, policies, and documentation.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives, internal resources, manager guides, and communication plans.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, Leadership, and people managers on operational improvements and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, and program management.
• Experience designing and executing structured programs and processes with minimal direction.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end.
• Experience owning HR systems, workflows, and automations; Rippling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, discretion, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.
