Location: Hybrid in New York, NY. Relocation support to NYC or SF available as needed.

Salary: $110,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of visa cases for the US, UK, and Canada, from offer stage to permanent residency.
• Design and oversee a seamless international relocation process for employees and their families.
• Establish compliance playbooks (payroll, employment law, immigration) for scaling into new global markets.
• Coordinate across Legal, Finance, and Payroll to ensure compliant employment during international expansion.
• Develop international business travel guidelines to ensure visa compliance for employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, global mobility, immigration, and compliance.
• Proven ability to build operational processes from scratch at a scaling company.
• Strong vendor management skills for handling immigration counsel and relocation partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high-stakes, complex regulatory processes.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience standing up immigration and mobility functions in APAC, EU, or LatAm.
• Prior experience at a high-growth startup navigating rapid global expansion.
