What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales, services, and software licensing.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders on commercial, corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks across the business.
• Ensure company practices comply with local and international laws, internal policies, and GDPR data privacy regulations.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and analyze their potential impact on the business.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel on legal projects across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of experience as an in-house Legal Counsel or within a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in commercial and contract law.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy regulations, and corporate compliance frameworks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.
