Client Solutions Engineer

Overview

You will contribute to delivering comprehensive solutions for financial technology challenges through our flagship product - OneTick. OneTick facilitates high-performance data collection, storage, and analysis for the financial sector and is trusted by leading banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and exchanges globally.

What you will do

• Architect complex, cloud-based, or on-premises deployments tailored to client needs.
• Implement, test, and deploy OneTick solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during deployment or operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in physics, computer science, math, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in some or all of the following IT areas: Python, Bash, or PowerShell, Linux and Windows operating systems, Cloud computing, Networking, Database management, DevOps tools and methodologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.), monitoring tools and frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for learning and innovation.
