What you will do

• Support the Business Unit Head in daily operations and manage applications for international innovation projects.
• Identify suitable public tenders and prepare applications for public grants.
• Facilitate innovation workshops with clients and partners, from ideation to project kick-offs.
• Contribute to consulting activities and sales initiatives to turn client challenges into concrete project opportunities.
• Manage administrative processes including travel planning, expense processing, and asset management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Initial practical experience in innovation consulting, project coordination, or administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality for coordinating stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Jira or Confluence is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
