What you will do

• Analyze customer ideas and product landscapes to translate them into technical solutions such as PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Plan and structure agile projects using design-sprints and iterative development, including writing user stories and tracking KPIs.
• Utilize AI tools for rapid-cycle prototyping and the transition into stable production systems.
• Facilitate internal and external sprint reviews and manage requirements with various stakeholders.
• Support sales activities and maintain relationships with industry partners like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Knorr-Bremse.
• Motivate engineering teams and drive technical and product decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Interaction Design.
• Initial professional experience in project environments or hands-on development in automotive, industrial IoT, or embedded hardware/software.
• Experience in agile setups, including the design of development, testing, integration, and release processes.
• Active and efficient use of AI tools in daily work and development processes.
• Strong analytical and research skills with a structured approach to work.
• Business fluency in both German and English.
