What you will do

• Lead technical projects focused on hygiene, cleaning and production optimisation in food manufacturing environments.
• Support Open Plant Cleaning programmes and improve operational efficiency, product quality and food safety.
• Provide expertise in cleaning and sanitation applications, including CIP systems, membrane filtration and water treatment.
• Conduct customer audits, troubleshoot complex production challenges and identify process improvements.
• Advise customers, sales teams and strategic accounts while delivering training and supporting innovation projects.
• Collaborate across the North Region to implement technical solutions, sustainability initiatives and new technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Process Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Experience in food manufacturing or the wider Food & Beverage sector.
• Knowledge of industrial hygiene, sanitation or cleaning processes in manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and customer advisory skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland and willing to travel 60–80% across the North Region.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Plant Cleaning, sanitation programmes or cleaning technologies.
• Exposure to CIP systems, membrane filtration or water treatment.
• Scandinavian language skills.
