Senior Process Engineer (Pad Printing)

What you will do

• Develop high-precision pad printing equipment and optimize relevant subsystems and components.
• Explore and minimize process variation using data-driven methods and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define and lead structured testing throughout equipment development, commissioning, and validation.
• Design and conduct scientific experiments, including Design of Experiments, to determine technology capabilities and optimize process parameters.
• Lead root-cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, quality, and efficiency.
• Document processes, procedures, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and industrial implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience working with production equipment.
• Six Sigma certification at Green Belt level or higher.
• Experience with machine or equipment development, design, optimization, and high-efficiency production environments.
• Strong understanding of how materials, processes, and equipment influence product quality, along with the ability to describe complex processes through relevant parameters.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration, project management tools, and systematic problem solving.

Nice to have

• Experience in pad printing or other surface decoration processes.
• Experience using Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Experience working in a global organization.
