HR Specialist - Controlling & Reporting

Location: Érd, Hungary; home office possibility up to 60%

hirify.global Hungary Kft. is an automotive research and development center working on powertrain systems, software development, testing, simulation, calibration, and production planning.

What you will do

• Collect, prepare, maintain, and validate HR data, with a strong focus on the German market.
• Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, turnover, and other KPIs.
• Support compensation benchmarks, pay structure analyses, market comparisons, and diversity-related evaluations.
• Respond to HR data questions and ad hoc analytical requests from colleagues.
• Help standardize and improve reporting processes, tools, dashboards, and templates.
• Collaborate with HR teams in Germany and Austria and contribute to Compensation & Benefits projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Controlling, or a related field.
• Initial experience through internships, student jobs, or 1–2 years of work in HR, controlling, analytics, or a similar area.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Accurate, reliable, independent, and well-organized working style.
• Strong collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
• English at minimum B2 level and good German language skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP HCM or other HR systems.
