What you will do

• Support the collection, preparation, and maintenance of HR data with a focus on the German market.
• Contribute to regular HR reports including headcount, turnover, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with HR teams in Germany and Austria to ensure high data quality.
• Provide analytical support for compensation benchmarks, pay structures, and diversity evaluations.
• Standardize and develop reporting processes and tools using Excel and SAP HCM.
• Gain exposure to broader HR initiatives including Compensation & Benefits projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or Controlling.
• Very good English language skills (minimum B2) and good German language skills.
• Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Accurate, reliable, and independent working style.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with HR systems like SAP HCM is considered a plus.
