What you will do

• Lead and optimize onboarding sessions, including presentation design and impact measurement through satisfaction surveys.
• Manage corporate swag and merchandising logistics end-to-end, optimizing costs and inventory.
• Analyze internal survey results to design and implement climate action plans with measurable ROI.
• Conduct systematized exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and inform retention strategies.
• Design and implement office rituals and team-bonding initiatives to foster internal cohesion.
• Maintain engagement architecture across Slack, Notion, and hirify.global platforms.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, People Operations, or community management.
• Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate action plans into structured processes and measurable events.
• Employer branding mindset to bring company culture and values to life through creative experiences.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for leading group sessions.
• Interpersonal maturity and empathy for handling sensitive conversations with discretion.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain to manage office-based rituals and logistics.
