What you will do
- Lead and improve People onboarding sessions, including scheduling, presentations, feedback collection, and impact measurement.
- Manage welcome packs and corporate merchandise logistics, including vendors, inventory, delivery, and cost optimization.
- Analyze internal climate surveys and implement action plans with measurable tracking indicators and ROI.
- Conduct and systematize exit interviews, identify turnover patterns and root causes, and provide insights for retention strategies.
- Design office rituals, special days, afterworks, and team-bonding initiatives while measuring participation and impact.
- Maintain engagement processes across Slack, Notion, and , ensuring consistent and effective communications.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, People Operations, or community management.
- Organized, proactive execution and problem-solving mindset with experience turning ideas into structured processes and measurable initiatives.
- Ability to bring company culture, values, and employer branding to life through employee experiences and communications.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for leading group sessions and explaining culture and values clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, maturity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive exit interviews.
