TL;DR
HR Generalist (Aerospace): Supporting HRBPs with administrative processes, onboarding and offboarding, HR data analysis, reporting, and team projects with an accent on HR metrics, documentation, and activity standardization. Focus on coordinating multiple HR topics, facilitating events, and improving consistent support for managers and employees.
Location: Getafe Area, Spain; on-site role.

What you will do
- Support HR administrative processes in close collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Analyze HR data and create metrics and reports to monitor team and HR performance.
- Support project leaders with activity deployment and keep documentation updated.
- Organize and facilitate events.
- Contribute to standardizing and harmonizing HR activities and responses across functions.
Requirements
- Education in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR-related topics.
- Adaptability, organization, timely delivery, and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
- Strong team spirit.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
