What you will do

• Define and evolve global talent management strategies, frameworks, processes, and strategic workforce planning.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, talent identification, career development, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline development.
• Shape the global DEI strategy, roadmap, objectives, reporting, and inclusive leadership initiatives.
• Lead recruitment for selected senior management and business-critical positions, from search strategy through appointment.
• Conduct market mapping, direct sourcing, executive assessment, structured recommendations, and confidential candidate engagement.
• Connect internal succession pipelines with external executive search and advise senior leaders on critical appointments.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in talent management, talent acquisition, executive search, HR business partnering, or related HR disciplines within an international organization.
• Strong experience designing talent review, succession planning, talent identification, assessment, and structured selection processes.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting senior management or executive-level positions and advising senior executives on sensitive talent decisions.
• Experience developing or implementing DEI strategies in an international environment and working across countries, cultures, and organizational levels.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, CDMO, chemicals, manufacturing, or another complex international industry.
