What you will do

• Administer the Atlassian stack, including the configuration and maintenance of projects and spaces in Jira and Confluence.
• Manage users and groups and assign necessary permissions.
• Create and support cross-service automations and integrations using low-code tools such as n8n and Zapier.
• Develop and maintain both user-facing and internal technical documentation.
• Collaborate with employees to implement optimal solutions balancing business needs and system capabilities.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge in managing Jira and Confluence and understanding of service architecture.
• Experience with JS, Groovy, or Python for scripting and implementing automations.
• English: B1 level required for reading technical documentation and communicating with technical support.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and take independent ownership of assignments.
