What you will do

• Assist with installing, configuring, and deploying hardware and software for employees.
• Support user lifecycle management, including user accounts and access permissions.
• Help the Service Desk handle IT requests and resolve incidents.
• Analyze and resolve daily IT issues in client and workplace environments.
• Support IT rollouts, migration projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles while contributing to service improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical degree program.
• Solid general IT and computer skills, including basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft environments.
• Strong customer-focused interpersonal and service-oriented communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, organized, and reliable manner.
• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to gain practical IT experience.
