What you will do

• Shape and evolve the visual identity across digital and physical experiences.
• Design for web, marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and events.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and scalable visual design system.
• Translate strategic direction and broad ideas into polished visual concepts.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO throughout the design process.

Requirements

• Exceptional visual taste with a high standard for craft and attention to detail.
• Strong skills in typography, composition, layout, and digital design.
• Ability to transform loosely defined problems into thoughtful creative work.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong brand thinking and polished visuals.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
• Experience creating brands from the ground up or evolving them during rapid growth.
