Salary: $129,200 – $206,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Design custom presentations and documents in PowerPoint and Word aligned with brand standards and C-suite expectations.
• Translate complex data and content into compelling infographics, visuals, and light animations.
• Develop storyboards and end-to-end customer journeys to support client and consumer value propositions.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups that bring hirify.global products and solutions to life.
• Partner with Account Executives and Deal teams to shape story flow, structure, and messaging.
• Maintain and curate a repository of reusable corporate content and promote design best practices.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, including layout, hierarchy, and executive polish.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Ability to simplify complex strategic nuances into elegant, client-centric designs.
• Strong executive-grade communication skills to articulate design rationale.

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams, partnerships, or business development.
• Experience with recent AI-enhanced design and content tools.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
