What you will do

• Own end-to-end creative for ads across various channels, from concept to execution and iteration.
• Develop and scale the design system, including Figma components, reusable templates, and brand guidelines.
• Create visual direction and layouts for landing pages, partnering with web developers for Webflow implementation.
• Produce high-quality sales collateral, such as decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials.
• Design custom website imagery, post graphics, and lead magnets (PDFs, templates).
• Rapidly prototype campaign ideas and product visuals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand design with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma with scalable component thinking and strong file hygiene.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling with a fast turnaround.
• Experience building and experimenting with AI tools for creation and production.
• Ability to operate as an owner: proactive, opinionated, and impact-driven.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and legal compliance).

Nice to have

• B2B experience in infrastructure, energy, data centers, or industrial products.
• Skills in motion design, video, 3D, or illustration.
• Familiarity with web performance, accessibility basics, and marketing experimentation.
