TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco or New York)

Compensation: $100K – $175K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead large-scale brand campaigns across digital, events, and out-of-home channels.
• Partner with engineering and product marketing to execute major product launches.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling visual communications.
• Evolve the visual identity into a scalable brand system.
• Own projects end-to-end from concept to launch, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Shape the employer brand and define the onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and high attention to detail.
• Ability to build scalable design systems rather than just individual assets.
• Experience leading highly cross-functional projects from concept through launch.
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions and their effectiveness.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design and animation.
• Experience designing for developers or highly technical audiences.
