What you will do

• Develop and optimize performance-critical components across the trading system.
• Build exchange connectivity, core infrastructure, and system architecture.
• Analyze and resolve bottlenecks across CPU, memory, and network layers.
• Improve system latency, throughput, and overall reliability.
• Design and implement new applications and components from scratch.
• Collaborate with traders and engineers to deliver production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++20+).
• Proven experience building low-latency or performance-critical systems.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Expertise in debugging and profiling using tools like GDB and Valgrind.
• Knowledge of networking and hardware-level behavior.
• Experience with thread pinning, CPU isolation, shared memory, and kernel bypass.

Nice to have

• Experience with exchange connectivity or real-time market data systems.
• Background in distributed systems or real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
