About the Role

You will design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems focused on trading connectivity, integrate new liquidity providers into the network, and act as the point of contact for integrations from requirements gathering through production deployment. You will continuously improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the platform, and collaborate with product managers, support, engineering teams, and clients to deliver solutions across the full trade lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in Go, or Java
• BEng, MEng, BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field or experience
• Demonstrated ability to assess, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration issues efficiently
• Proven track record of building and working with sophisticated backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Experience in financial technology, with expertise in crypto and/or traditional finance, is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems and services, with a focus on trading connectivity
• Integrate new liquidity providers into the expansive network to enhance the efficiency and value of the platform
• Act as a point of contact and own the integration process from the requirements gathering stage, all the way to interfacing with the technical teams of the external providers, building, testing and successfully deploying the work to production
• Continuously improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the platform
• Collaborate with the product team, other engineering teams, support, and clients to develop solutions that support the full trade lifecycle, from inception to execution
