What you will do

• Manage digital health solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle from ideation to maturity.
• Develop and own product strategies, including success metrics, risk management, and operational roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the Global Head of Digital Solutions and alliance managers to ensure partner compliance.
• Monitor market activities against timelines and deliverables to proactively address risks.
• Engage with regional markets to enhance the adoption and retention of digital health solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising markets and identifying new opportunities based on patient journey gaps.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or health technology sector.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering digital health solutions.
• Deep understanding of Pharma/Biotech customer engagement models.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong project management capabilities and structured analytical thinking.
• BA/BS degree required.

• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA).
• Experience in a digital health company.
