What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for the largest strategic accounts, managing scope, sequencing, and execution to drive production adoption.
• Hire, develop, and scale a world-class team of Forward Deployed Engineers, establishing hiring standards and career frameworks.
• Provide holistic technical oversight across the AI stack, including agents, models, backend services, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with Product and Platform teams to codify repeatable field patterns into reusable platform capabilities and playbooks.
• Forge trusted relationships with senior executive stakeholders at Fortune 500 customers to translate business problems into technical roadmaps.
• Enforce production excellence by setting standards for reliability, security, observability, and evaluation of deployed systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing customer-facing engineering teams (e.g., Forward Deployed or Solutions Engineering).
• Hands-on fluency with the full AI stack: LLMs, agent systems, evaluation frameworks, and API design (Python or TypeScript).
• Proficiency with data systems (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven experience deploying AI into complex enterprise environments, navigating security reviews, SSO, and compliance requirements.
