What you will do

• Contribute in trading roles including hands-on trading, quantitative research, data science, floor trading, and trading support.
• Build and operate software, hardware, data, DevOps, and systems solutions for electronic markets.
• Support finance, human resources, risk, compliance, and other operational functions.
• Own work end to end in production and evaluate its immediate business impact.
• Collaborate closely across trading, research, technology, and operations through rapid feedback loops.

Requirements

• More than two years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Strong interest in electronic markets, trading, quantitative research, technology, or operations.
• Ability to take ownership of production work and deliver measurable results.
• Depth of understanding and careful execution are valued over speed alone.
• Collaborative, low-ego working style and a strong competitive drive.
