What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities such as orchestration, model serving, and developer APIs.
• Coordinate dependencies across platform engineering, systems engineering, Core ML, Research, and Product teams.
• Translate infrastructure metrics, AI workloads, privacy requirements, multi-tenancy, and isolation needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across large-hirify.global generative AI infrastructure and deployments.
• Establish agile delivery processes, SLOs, performance benchmarks, and operational practices for reliable production systems.
• Track platform adoption, reliability, delivery forecasts, and engineering bottlenecks for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Software Engineer, including building and shipping technical products or platforms from scratch.
• 3+ years managing programs involving core engineering infrastructure, cloud-native ecosystems, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
• Understanding of generative AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, GPU/CPU utilization, and model training or evaluation environments.
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders while communicating complex technical challenges and business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with iterative development methods and project management tools such as Linear or Jira.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Data Developer.
• Experience driving adoption of platforms, SDKs, or APIs across multiple product lines.
• Experience with large-hirify.global data quality pipelines, vector databases, Triton, or Ray.
