What you will do

• Design and ship high-quality product experiences from early concepts to polished visuals.
• Translate complex AI reasoning into actionable and intuitive user experiences.
• Own and evolve the visual language and design system to ensure consistent execution.
• Use research, data, and iteration to continually improve the end-to-end user journey.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high-fidelity, scalable interfaces.
• Drive market fit by creating best-in-class user experiences.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating tangible product and business impact.
• Deep expertise in UX, including user flows, interaction design, and usability.
• Advanced visual craft in typography, layout, and detail-oriented design.
• Experience designing for AI-native or data-rich interfaces.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment.
• Must be based in and work on-site from the New York City office

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, observability platforms, or data-intensive products.
• Exposure to non-deterministic UX or real-time AI/ML systems.
• Previous experience at an early-stage startup.
• Strong product thinking skills or experience as a designer founder.
