What you will do

• Design core product experiences end-to-end, from problem framing and flows to prototypes and final production polish.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Design, CEO, and engineering team to build a superior product.
• Establish and scale hirify.global's design culture, standards, and design systems.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to quickly iterate and validate designs under uncertainty.
• Balance scrappy development with high-end visual polish and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product design within a startup environment.
• Ability to think in systems and design flexible, platform-wide solutions rather than point features.
• Strong attention to detail for visual polish and delight.
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS and understanding technical constraints to work effectively with engineers.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping using Figma, code, or other tools.
• Must be based in New York City or be able to relocate.

Nice to have

• Frontend development experience with React and TailwindCSS.
• Experience designing for B2B or complex commercial environments.
• Understanding of the financial services landscape (Investment Banking, PE, Hedge Funds).
