What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for a diverse legal portfolio, including Paralegals, File Handlers, and Lead Lawyers.
  • Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns delivered with pace, structure, and consistency.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles to stay ahead of demand.
  • Engage passive legal talent through targeted sourcing, professional networks, and market intelligence.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to advise on role design, assessment methods, and interview best practices.
  • Utilize ATS metrics and data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and elevate performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume legal recruitment, either in-house or within an agency.
  • Strong understanding of legal role structures, qualification pathways, and current market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Confidence in stakeholder management and the ability to influence leaders using data and insight.
  • Excellent sourcing capabilities and experience in long-term talent pooling.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
