Salary: CAD 105,800–132,300 per year, with potential additional compensation through stock options, bonuses, or merit increases.

What you will do

• Communicate complex statistical and technical findings to executive leadership and influence long-term roadmaps.
• Partner with Product Managers to identify user pain points and opportunities for data science solutions.
• Analyze customer retention and product adoption drivers through deep-dive statistical analysis.
• Build scalable data pipelines, automated analyses, predictive models, and reporting frameworks using Python or SQL.
• Query and transform large-scale datasets in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery.
• Promote data-first product development by integrating telemetry and event tracking into feature lifecycles.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Analytics Engineer, or Product Data Analyst.
• Experience working within a B2B business model and translating data into business outcomes.
• Expertise in complex SQL queries and proficiency in Python or SQL for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and analysis.
• Experience with Git, orchestration tools, scalable analytical frameworks, and automated reporting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product and data platform teams.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; sponsorship is not available.
