Location: Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA (USA) or Ontario (Canada)

Salary: $85K – $130K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit such as Growth, Product, AI, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Break down ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses before performing data analysis.
• Define key metrics, build reports, and design experiments to drive critical business KPIs.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations.
• Translate data insights into strategic decisions that materially change the trajectory of the business.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for independent data extraction, structuring, and interpretation.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
• Ability to communicate complex findings persuasively to influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Current residency in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada is strictly required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clickhouse, Metabase, Jupyter Hub, or GitHub.
