What you will do

• Analyse KYC information for onboarding and reaccreditation customers requiring Compliance investigation.
• Assess risks and provide Compliance recommendations for business relationships.
• Investigate and decision potential PEP matches.
• Provide advisory and feedback to KYC Operations teams.
• Monitor key KYC controls and implement regulatory changes.
• Support internal/external audits and deliver training for the KYC Operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance within regulated payments or financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of US and Canada Financial Crime Compliance regulatory expectations and best practices.
• Experience reviewing KYC for complex corporate structures, including Private Companies, Trusts, and Funds.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
