What you will do

• Develop and implement global compliance programs for the U.S. business, including KYC, AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and trade surveillance.
• Maintain and enhance compliance policies, procedures, governance, and control frameworks.
• Coordinate regulatory responses, examinations, audits, supervisory engagements, licensing efforts, and remediation initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day execution across the Americas compliance team, including goals, performance standards, accountability, and development.
• Serve as a senior contact for NYDFS, FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, and state regulators.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Operations, Trading, Sales, and Technology to embed compliance into products and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance and/or legal experience in financial services.
• Robust experience in a digital-assets or trading firm and highly regulated financial institutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading regulatory examinations or supervisory inquiries.
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. regulatory landscape and experience managing regulator interactions.
• Experience managing teams and delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication, judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills with senior executive visibility.
