What you will do

• Respond to regulatory complaints by reviewing files and drafting responses.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Fraud, Operations, and Legal to resolve complex cases.
• Perform quality reviews of customer calls, chats, and emails to identify compliance failures.
• Identify trends in customer complaints and recommend process enhancements to management.
• Train fintech partners on complaint handling and regulatory standards.
• Ensure all investigations comply with laws from FDIC, NJDOBI, CFPB, and law enforcement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a compliance analyst overseeing sales, servicing, or collections.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fort Lee, NJ.
• Deep knowledge of consumer regulations including FCRA, Regulation E, Regulation Z, and Regulation B/ECOA.
• Proven ability to identify root causes and suggest effective corrective actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with regulatory agencies.

• Prior experience in a fintech environment.
• Experience with commercial lending, deposit, card, payment, or digital asset products.
