What you will do

• Lead major product features across the full stack from design through launch.
• Architect scalable systems and implement robust software components.
• Build AI-powered tools and user experiences using modern LLM capabilities.
• Partner with engineers, domain experts, and Customer Success to incorporate user feedback.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of software platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of industry experience with a proven track record in similar roles.
• Extensive experience with React and TypeScript.
• Production experience with Python, NextJS, NestJS, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind.
• Experience adopting modern framework features, including RSC and streaming.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, software craftsmanship, and ability to work autonomously.

• Experience at a leading AI research institution.
• Experience as an early engineer at a high-growth startup.
• Background in world-class product organizations such as Notion or Figma.
• Experience with UI/UX and product design.
